For most people our home is our biggest investment and the largest purchase we'll ever make. When buying a house it's important to feel secure in the knowledge that you've made the right decision.

Once you move in you also want to feel safe in your new home. The primary purpose of a Professional Real Estate Inspector, and my most important concern, is to identify safety hazards in and around the home, point them out to you, and help you find ways to repair or eliminate the hazards.

My basic fee is $250 for any single family home up to 2,500 square feet, and an additional 10 cents per square foot for larger homes, $195 for a townhouse or condominium. Additional services and fees can be found on the Prices and Services page.
